Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The role involves managing core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and engagement, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Plan, deliver and monitor training and development programs for staff.
• Support employee relations, resolve conflicts and promote a positive work culture.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, set development goals and track progress.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance with statutory regulations.
• Process monthly payroll and keep compensation records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools.
