Human Resources Executive

About the role

Minimalist Hotels is seeking a Human Resources Executive for its South Delhi property. You will own day‑to‑day HR operations, partnering with the General Manager and department heads to ensure the right people, processes and culture are in place.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for hotel and F&B positions, building a talent pipeline.
• Own the complete joining and onboarding process, including documentation and induction.
• Maintain accurate employee records, coordinate payroll inputs and prepare regular HR MIS reports.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, support managers with relations and disciplinary matters.
• Assist department heads with performance reviews, probation tracking and training initiatives.
• Organise employee engagement activities that bring Minimalist’s culture to life.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in hotels, hospitality, restaurants or retail.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
• People‑first, energetic and hands‑on attitude.
