Human Resources Executive

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Human Resources Executive and help create memorable guest experiences by leading HR initiatives that support the business and its people. You will be the catalyst for a positive workplace culture, ensuring that HR operations align with corporate standards and hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives to boost team member morale.
• Manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee data, track employment transitions, and generate reports on key HR metrics.
• Supervise and coach HR team members, monitor performance, and foster a productive work environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or a service‑oriented industry.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to ethical standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
