Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will join a Marriott International property in Jodhpur, supporting end‑to‑end HR operations on a full‑time, on‑site basis. This position plays a key part in delivering Marriott’s people‑first culture by handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and training coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records in HR information systems.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and Marriott’s HR policies.
• Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support performance management, employee queries, and diversity & inclusion activities.
• Maintain HR documentation and keep HR systems data up to date.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience handling HR administration in a hospitality or service‑oriented environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field preferred.
• High integrity, discretion with confidential information, and alignment with Marriott’s service standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems and digital HR tools.
• Competence in basic office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
