About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the efficient operation of the HR department at Grand Hyatt Goa, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role works closely with the HR Manager to embed Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient running of the HR department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the property.
- Manage day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, onboarding, and training coordination.
- Provide assistance in employee relations, problem solving, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, HR Development, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum two years of experience as an HR Coordinator in a large operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
