Key responsibilities

• Gather detailed hospital requirements such as experience, location, salary expectations, and joining timelines.
• Utilise platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, references and other job portals to identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Executive to senior‑level experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of hospital staffing needs and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate outreach.
• Experience using Naukri and other job portals.
• Database management for candidate information.
