Human Resource Manager

About the role

Hilary Rhoda Cosmetics seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function and ensure smooth administration and IT coordination across the organization. The role partners with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and compliance, fostering a high‑performing, employee‑centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning and hiring processes in partnership with business leaders.
• Guide the HR team to meet recruitment targets, monitor metrics, and strengthen employer branding.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and exit processes.
• Design and operate the performance management framework (KRAs, KPIs, goal setting, appraisal cycles) and coach managers on development and succession planning.
• Oversee payroll processing, compensation, benefits, statutory deductions and coordinate with Finance for reconciliation and audits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations and internal policies; maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance and leave management.
• Conduct periodic HR audits, monitor HR operations for efficiency and accuracy, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze attrition trends, gather exit feedback and recommend retention strategies; prepare HR dashboards and workforce analytics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR functions in a mid‑size or larger organization.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, statutory compliance and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders, coach managers and influence organizational culture.
• Experience managing recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation and employee relations.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
