Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will lead the HR function, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance with labor regulations. This role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day HR operations to support the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new hires.
• Conduct performance management cycles and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and related employee documentation.
• Implement and maintain HRMS and time‑tracking software.
• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Serve as the primary contact for labor‑law issues and employee grievances.
• Develop, communicate, and enforce fair HR policies.
• Execute sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
• Monitor the HR department budget and prepare regular reports for management.
• Run referral bonus programs and ensure employee compliance with company rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
• Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
