Human Resource Executive

About the role

The Human Resource Executive will support the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits and administration. Working closely with the HR Manager and hiring managers, the role ensures a smooth HR experience for both US‑based candidates and internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interviews and coordination with hiring managers.
• Conduct interviews with US‑based healthcare candidates and assess them on communication, experience and role fit.
• Maintain professional communication with US candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate onboarding, including orientation, documentation and training coordination.
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, recruitment trackers and HR databases.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Address employee queries promptly and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, employment agreements and termination paperwork.
• Participate in HR projects, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Experience interviewing US‑based candidates and working with English‑speaking stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence to interact professionally with US candidates.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building and organizational abilities.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and ability to work independently or in a team.
