Human Resource Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR administration. The role works closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers, and other team members to advance the organization’s HR strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Conduct and coordinate interviews with US‑based candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HR trackers.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Address employee queries and support employee relations in a timely manner.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, and termination paperwork.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and implemented.
• Participate in HR projects, employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and policy updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or a related function.
• Experience working with English‑speaking countries, especially the US, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
