HRIS Specialist – Pune/Noida

About the role

The HRIS Specialist will join the Human Resources team to manage and optimise our HR information systems, primarily Workday. You will ensure accurate employee data, support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and act as the first point of contact for HRIS queries across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
• Provide first‑line support for HRIS queries, managing the help‑desk workspace.
• Process mass employee transactions and resolve data integrity issues.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc HR reports, automate frequent reporting requests, and design custom dashboards.
• Conduct audits, develop corrective actions, and recommend system improvements.
• Support all HRIS modules, test new functionalities, and assist with data migrations.
• Create training materials and deliver refresher sessions for system users.
• Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices to drive continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience working with HRIS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
