HRIS Data Analyst

About the role

The HRIS Data Analyst is a senior individual contributor within the HRIS function, delivering advanced reporting, analytics, and visualizations on the UKG platform. The role works closely with HR Business Partners and the HRIS team to turn complex business needs into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations using UKG and IBM Cognos Analytics.
• Analyze workforce, compensation, turnover, compliance, and operational HR data to identify trends and insights.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to understand reporting needs, provide consultative analysis, and create executive‑ready dashboards.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for advanced UKG reporting, support continuous improvement of reporting processes, and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years focused on HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently on complex deliverables.

Required skills

• IBM Cognos Analytics for HR reporting.
• UKG reporting tools for complex report development.
• Power BI for dashboard creation and data storytelling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query).
