HRIS Analyst – UKG Core HR & Workforce Management

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and service‑driven HRIS Analyst to support the ongoing administration and maintenance of our Human Resource Information System, with primary responsibility for UKG Core HR and Workforce Management systems. The role ensures employee data accuracy, processes system updates, manages HRIS tickets, and provides timely support to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer UKG modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Document Manager) and process employee lifecycle transactions.
• Maintain system security roles, user access permissions, and conduct routine data audits and reconciliations.
• Manage and resolve HRIS tickets within SLA, coordinating with IT, HR, Payroll, and UKG Support.
• Support payroll processing by validating employee data and generate standard and ad‑hoc reports for business leaders.
• Document processes, SOPs, and case resolutions while ensuring data privacy and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on HRIS experience, specifically administering UKG (UKG Pro, UKG Ready).
• Experience in a ticket‑based support environment and strong knowledge of HR operations, including payroll.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation) and experience supporting multi‑state or multi‑location workforces.
