HR Systems & Operations Specialist – Remote (India)

About the role

The HR Systems & Operations Specialist will enable efficient, data‑driven HR service delivery for Learning Technologies Group. Working remotely from India, you will own HR system administration, workforce reporting, analytics and data governance while supporting HR Operations, Payroll and Business Partnering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support core HR systems, including ADP, LMS platforms and future HR technology solutions.
• Configure, maintain and optimise workflows, user access, security roles and permissions.
• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing and implementation of new functionality.
• Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability.
• Produce standardised monthly, quarterly and annual workforce analytics and reporting packages (headcount, attrition, hiring, financial metrics, etc.).
• Maintain system governance, documentation and change‑control processes.
• Identify and drive automation and efficiency opportunities across the HR function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR systems administration and operational support.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with HR, payroll and business partners.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data governance and reporting compliance.
