HR Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Supervisor to join the Radisson Blu team in Ahmedabad. In this role you will support the HR department’s daily operations, ensuring a positive employee experience while aligning with the hotel’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee life‑cycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, ensuring compliance with local labour legislation.
• Manage the HR budget, training plans, and performance evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs, compensation, and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Promote a culture of growth, development, and high performance across the hotel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a hands‑on, lead‑by‑example management style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest and employee service.
• High personal integrity and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Alif Payroll software.
