About the role

Mastercard is seeking an HR Services Specialist to provide end‑to‑end operational support for hiring and employee‑lifecycle processes, with a focus on talent acquisition operations linked to mergers and acquisitions. The role ensures a smooth onboarding and integration experience for employees joining Mastercard through acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for M&A‑related hiring, onboarding, and employee integration activities.
• Generate offer letters and manage acquisition‑specific documentation.
• Coordinate background screening and right‑to‑work verification in line with regional legal requirements.
• Partner with recruiters, HR partners, integration teams and external vendors to resolve screening or verification issues.
• Maintain accurate employee data, process lifecycle transactions, and support organizational updates.
• Serve as primary point of contact for onboarding, screening, and integration inquiries, delivering timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and audit requirements while identifying process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in talent acquisition operations, preferably with exposure to M&A integration.
• Understanding of background screening and right‑to‑work processes.
