HR Services Coordinator

About the role

The HR Services Coordinator manages day‑to‑day administrative tasks within Vertiv’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, performing analysis, processing updates, and generating reports that support HR operations. Working independently with minimal supervision, the coordinator resolves non‑routine issues and interprets policies, procedures, and guidelines to determine appropriate actions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update employee data in the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and timely availability.
• Execute group data updates, imports, exports, clean‑ups, and investigate data discrepancies.
• Create and maintain quality‑assured HR data sets, reports, and metrics.
• Support quality audits by reviewing system data and correcting inconsistencies.
• Utilize analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise‑wide people and cross‑functional data.
• Collaborate with HR service areas (learning, recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations) to promote data governance and improve operational performance.
• Deliver routine daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; respond to basic and intermediate ad‑hoc data requests.
• Prepare reports, graphs, charts, and statistics to support HR operations.
• Provide first‑level guidance and training to junior team members.
