HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Vin Industries is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its fast‑growing manufacturing business. You will partner with hiring managers, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple recruitment platforms and manage listings.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and guide new hires through onboarding.
• Organize background verification and keep accurate recruitment records.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
