HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition and onboarding processes. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience from sourcing to induction.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage pre‑joining formalities, document verification, and offer roll‑outs.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and hiring status.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and trackers.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and hiring standards.
• Coordinate internal job postings (IJP) and communicate announcements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with HRMS software.
