HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & Branding

About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai, focusing on talent acquisition and employer branding. You will manage recruitment campaigns, coordinate onboarding, and support client outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Create and post engaging job advertisements on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, and implement creative strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date office contact directory, coordinate onboarding processes, and share daily onboarding status updates with management.
• Organize and manage candidate documentation, and update submission and onboarding trackers daily.
• Connect and engage with potential clients to develop and expand business relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of HR experience; freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using social media platforms for recruitment and branding.
