About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Maharashtra. The position focuses on non‑IT recruitment and covers the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
