About the role
We are hiring an HR Recruiter for Nextus Global Services Pvt. Ltd. based in Kalyan, Mumbai. The position works on-site with shift timings from 10 am to 7 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and follow‑ups.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
- Support onboarding and offer documentation.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or other HR activities.
- Experience in BPO or bulk hiring is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
