About the role
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our Ahmedabad team, working the US night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM). The role involves end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes, shortlist and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the recruitment workflow from sourcing through onboarding, maintaining databases and trackers.
- Negotiate offers, handle joining formalities and follow up with candidates.
- Produce accurate recruitment reports and meet monthly hiring targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets on a US night shift.
