We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in the Uttar Pradesh, Delhi‑NCR region. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet our organizational needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies such as job boards, social media, and networking events to attract candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment pipeline.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
