We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in the Mumbai region of Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in bulk hiring, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is crucial in ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve hiring processes.
