HR Recruiter

About the role

The HR Recruiter will join Shri Ji Irrigation’s team in Jodhpur to lead the full recruitment cycle for a high‑tech farming organization. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent that supports the company’s poly‑house and climate‑controlled agriculture operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through various channels and maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with department heads.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
• Maintain employee records and assist with performance and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management, with proven recruitment experience.
• Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and accurate documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction at all organizational levels.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with basic HR or recruitment software/tools.
