About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple functions and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates across Accounts, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Sales.
- Providing real‑time feedback to interviewed candidates.
- Negotiating salary offers and facilitating smooth closures and onboarding.
- Coordinating with campuses and colleges for alumni talent pools.
- Maintaining end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned open positions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
- Proven ability to manage the complete recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills for candidate interaction and feedback.
- Experience in negotiating offers and handling onboarding procedures.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Apna, and Indeed.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
- Work location in Lower Parel, Mumbai.
