HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore. You will lead the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates while helping the company attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
