About the role
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for both IT and non‑IT positions at our office in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates with hiring managers to meet hiring targets.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for IT & non‑IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, etc.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow‑ups, and offer closures.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined turnaround times.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in IT & non‑IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate‑handling skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Immediate joiners or short‑notice availability preferred.
