HR Recruiter – Immediate Joiner Preferred

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Indore office immediately. The successful candidate will independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
• Prepare and extend offers, manage follow‑ups and ensure smooth acceptance.
• Maintain daily recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to close positions within defined deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
