HR Recruiter (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site HR Recruiter based in Vadodara to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and support our talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct initial resume and cover‑letter screenings to identify qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop attraction strategies.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain timely communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics, keep documentation up‑to‑date and stay informed on hiring trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, job boards and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in IT or technology‑focused recruitment is a plus.
