HR Recruiter – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Valsad, Gujarat. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both IT and non‑IT positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and non‑IT roles, from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephone interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer letters.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities with HR after selection.
• Achieve hiring timelines and recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT and non‑IT recruitment.
• Female (married) candidates preferred and willing to work from the Valsad office.
• Positive attitude with strong coordination and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Google Sheets.
