HR Recruiter – Contract & High‑Volume Hiring

About the role

Support rapid, high‑volume hiring for contractual, freelance, and gig‑based assignments across multiple roles and geographies. Manage the candidate journey from sourcing through joining, ensuring engagement, fast turnaround, and accurate hiring information.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment partners.
• Publish accurate job ads with clear project scope, engagement type, pay structure, availability, and location restrictions.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication ability, geography, availability, rate alignment, and willingness to work on contract or task‑based assignments.
• Build and maintain role‑specific talent pools for repeat and time‑sensitive requirements.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and calibration sessions; proactively follow up to reduce drop‑off.
• Manage offers, candidate queries, documentation, background checks, and onboarding checklists.
• Maintain daily recruitment funnel data and flag pipeline, compensation, geography, assessment, or joining risks.
• Partner with delivery, quality, HR operations, and commercial teams to ensure deployment readiness.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume, BPO, technology, AI/data, or gig hiring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working with performance targets, rapid turnaround times, and flexible priorities.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate‑engagement abilities.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and applicant‑tracking or recruitment systems.
