We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruitment, especially bulk hiring, and will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hiring processes.
