About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The role focuses on bulk hiring and managing the full recruitment lifecycle to secure top talent for our organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and design recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to improve hiring processes.
Required skills
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on bulk hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
