About the role
We are urgently hiring an HR Recruiter to lead bulk hiring for NBFC positions, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle in our Gurgaon office.
Key responsibilities
- Handle bulk hiring for NBFC roles.
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow‑ups.
- Manage candidate pipeline and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Preferably experience in NBFC/BFSI hiring.
