About the role
We are a recruitment firm seeking an energetic HR Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse company requirements and job descriptions.
- Communicate with job seekers to match profiles with employer needs.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment process with clients.
- Follow up on joining formalities and documentation.
- Advertise vacancies on career pages, job boards and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Graduate degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- Strong English communication – written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
