HR Recruiter (5-7 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and result‑oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our operations in Mira Road. The successful candidate will source, screen and coordinate hiring activities, ensuring quality talent is hired within defined timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary, prepare and roll out offers, and maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Ensure timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruitment is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
