About the role
KIRA Diam Tech Pvt. Ltd., a leading CVD diamond manufacturer, is expanding its talent acquisition team in Surat. The HR Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, pipeline building, screening, interviewing, and documentation.
- Leverage major job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn to post vacancies and source candidates.
- Apply advanced searching techniques, including Boolean strings, to identify passive talent.
- Coordinate a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Support HR operations by handling additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with Indian job portals and professional networking sites.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Based in or willing to work from Magob, Surat.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques.
