HR Operations Senior Coordinator

About the role

The HR Operations Senior Coordinator will support global employee services processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions from hire to retire. Working from the India GBS site, you will partner with global markets to meet service catalog SLAs and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee data and maintain database accuracy across HR systems.
• Execute end‑to‑end HR processes such as new hire, rehire, termination, and organizational changes.
• Monitor and meet defined SLAs/KPIs, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Provide high‑level customer service and operational excellence, handling tickets via ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Work on rotational shifts as required to support global coverage.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or large‑scale global HR operations.
• Proven track record in SLA management and service delivery.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies and cultures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to data integrity.
