About the role
The HR Master Data Expert will join Bosch’s HR Master Data team in Bangalore, supporting the operation and evolution of global HR master data solutions. The role blends application support, incident handling, development and requirement engineering to keep HR processes stable and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze and support HR‑related interfaces such as ALE, APIs, Web Services and SuccessFactors‑SAP integrations.
- Design, develop, test and implement ABAP‑based changes and enhancements in SAP HCM.
- Continuously improve stability and performance of HR systems and integration processes.
- Resolve incident tickets within agreed service levels.
- Participate in global projects involving SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and hybrid HR architectures.
Required profile
- 3‑8 years of hands‑on experience with ABAP, SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes and master data management.
- Experience in application support, incident, problem and change management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
