HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

About the role

IZI is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Bhopal. You will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and HR operations to support the company’s fast‑growing drone and imaging technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and best practices.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, offboarding and maintain accurate HR records.
• Lead employee engagement, retention initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, KPI tracking and employee development plans.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
• Generate HR analytics reports on hiring, attrition, attendance and performance.
• Support learning and development programs and identify training needs.
• Manage HRMS data integrity and system administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, performance management and employee engagement.
• Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven organisational and leadership skills.
