HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

About the role

IZI is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Bhopal. You will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture within a fast‑growing technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and best practices.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction and off‑boarding procedures.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and culture initiatives.
• Administer performance appraisal cycles, KPI tracking and development plans.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce needs.
• Generate HR reports and provide insights on hiring, attrition, attendance and performance.
• Support learning and development, identifying training needs across departments.
• Manage HRMS, ensuring accurate employee data management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, performance management and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Hands‑on experience with HRMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Keka HRMS (preferred).
