HR Manager / Senior HR Executive

About the role

Morepen Proprietary Drug Research Pvt. Ltd. (MPDRPL) is a dynamic pharmaceutical R&D organization focused on high‑quality, affordable generic and novel products. The HR Manager / Sr. HR Executive will lead end‑to‑end HR functions for the pharma/API business, ensuring compliance, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Pharma/API roles.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance management.
• Oversee performance management systems and appraisal processes.
• Ensure HR compliance with Factories Act, labor laws, and audits.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and overall HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring.
• Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance.

Required profile

• MBA or PG in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience in the Pharma/API industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and audits.
• Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Hands‑on experience in payroll and HR operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
