HR Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resource activities for its manufacturing operations. The role involves managing payroll, compliance, employee onboarding/offboarding, and supporting HR planning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave records and monthly payroll processing.
• Prepare manpower and HR budgets for new hires, festivals and corporate events.
• Maintain the organisational hierarchy for Lehry Instrumentation & Valves and Lehry Industries.
• Handle Professional Tax (PT) and TDS compliance.
• Coordinate with the Labour Department for holiday approvals and statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely renewal of HR, labour and statutory certificates.
• Oversee PF‑related matters, including visits to the PF office when needed.
• Lead complete employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounts, consultants and government authorities on HR and statutory matters.
• Support management in HR planning, employee engagement and general HR activities.

Required profile

• MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, PF, PT, TDS and labour compliance.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
