HR Manager

About the role

Mosh Varaya Infrastructure Limited seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations for both corporate staff and site/field personnel. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and engagement across a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and project‑based site roles, including workforce planning.
• Own onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires at office and site locations.
• Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws).
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, employee handbook, and disciplinary procedures.
• Drive performance management processes, appraisal cycles, KPI tracking and coach managers.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management and conflict resolution across all locations.
• Coordinate statutory compliance with contract labour laws, safety‑linked HR requirements and liaise with labour authorities.
• Lead employee engagement, retention initiatives and manage exit/off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain HR MIS, headcount and attrition reports for senior management.
• Support training and development, including site safety orientation with EHS teams.
• Manage vendor relationships for contract and manpower staffing at project sites.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
• 5–8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, EPC or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, including Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, PF and ESI regulations.
• Experience managing HR for a distributed workforce (office and site locations).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
