HR Manager – HRMS & Analytics Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the implementation and governance of our Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and govern the HRMS, ensuring data integrity and high user adoption.
• Design and maintain HR analytics dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Plan and execute group‑wide employee engagement programmes and maintain the engagement calendar.
• Oversee the Learning & Development calendar, budget and delivery for the entire group.
• Develop and manage the employer brand across relevant channels.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions, with confidentiality and fairness.
• Manage issuance of employee documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Lead the group‑wide Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent postgraduate diploma) from a recognized institute.
• Relevant certifications in HR Analytics, HRIS/HRMS or Learning & Development (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
• Hands‑on experience configuring and administering HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, Darwinbox, Keka, PeopleStrong, Zoho People, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
