HR Manager – Full‑time

About the role

JRD Systems is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of the company’s strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Oversee the recruitment team and manage the full selection lifecycle.
• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
• Maintain and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Foster a positive working environment and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
• Assess training needs, design and monitor training programs.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with HRMS (human resources management systems) is a plus.
