HR Manager – Full-time (5+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead all human resources functions at SkyyRider Electric Pvt. Ltd. in Bhubaneswar. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement, policy development, performance management, payroll coordination and compliance, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and maintain employee records.
• Conduct performance monitoring and coordinate appraisal cycles.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate training and development programs and support workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.

• HRMS (human resources management system) proficiency.
• MIS reporting capabilities.
