About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Leader for its Supply Chain operations in Aurangabad. The role focuses on resolving employee relations issues, designing HR programs, and partnering with leaders to drive performance and talent development.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and administer HR policies and programs to resolve employee relations issues.
- Design and implement HR plans related to organizational design, development, and change.
- Create structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Advise and counsel leaders on complex employee relations matters.
- Educate managers on compensation philosophy, initiatives, and business impact.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on human capital topics.
- Partner with line leaders to build diverse leadership and talent pipelines.
- Use analytics tools, including WorkforceDNA, to inform talent and HR strategies aligned with business goals.
